HTS Lp, Heat Sealing (Heat Seal) Test Device
The Heat Seal Tester is a laboratory-type test device that provides sample preparation to measure the heat sealing strength of plastic films, laminates, and packaging materials in accordance with specified standards. It ensures product quality and process control through ASTM and ISO compliant tests.
The device applies pressure to the specimen for a set period of time using its lower and upper jaws at a defined temperature and force. The sealed specimen is then subjected to testing on a tensile testing machine, and the results are evaluated.
