    TSC Lp-k

    Single column tensile-compression test device

Single-column test machines are generally designed for low-capacity (e.g., 300 kgF ≈ 3 kN) test applications. Due to their compact design, small footprint, and high precision, these machines are widely preferred for material testing across many industries. Below are the usage areas and industry-specific applications:

    Applications (up to 300 kgF)

    Tensile Tests

    • Strength and elongation testing of materials such as thin plastic films, textile strips, yarns, fibers, elastomers, and small metal parts.

    Compression Tests

    • Compressive strength testing of rubber, foam, packaging sponge, and small-sized plastic or metal specimens.

    Tear Tests

    • Measurement of tear resistance for materials like bags, textiles, films, and packaging (e.g., ASTM D1004, ISO 6383).

    Peel Tests

    • Measurement of 90° or 180° peel force for adhesive tapes, laminated materials, medical adhesives, and labels.

    Bond Strength and Adhesion Tests

    • Testing the bond strength between two surfaces (e.g., injection-molded part + insert).

    Three-Point Bending Tests

    • Measuring the flexural modulus and strength of plastic or composite specimens.

    Why Choose a Single-Column System?

    • Compact design: Easily fits on a laboratory bench
    • Low cost: More economical than high-capacity dual-column systems
    • Precision: High accuracy in low-force applications
    • User-friendly: Easy programming and graphical data monitoring with +Lp TCTP software

    Software

    • The device operates with +Lp TCTP software. Relevant test standards are preloaded, and new templates can be created by modifying parameters of standard templates. After selecting the desired test type at startup, tests are performed using standard or custom templates containing relevant parameters. Up to 10 test specimens can be tested in a single session. At the end of the session, reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and other formats. Archiving and archive recall features are supported. Test parameters are automatically transmitted to the device via software—no manual data entry is required. Tests can be initiated either from the software or the device, and the system automatically ends the test when stop conditions are met. The software has a flexible user interface, is easy to use, and supports both Turkish and English by default. For other language options, please contact our company.

    Customization

    • Our devices support customization to comply with different standards, and the software can be updated or expanded according to specific development requirements.

    Economy

    • We also develop economic model test machines tailored for laboratories and facilities with low testing frequency. These models stand out with a simplified structure that covers essential testing needs. Thanks to their easy-to-use interface, compact design, and affordable cost, they offer a practical and sustainable solution for users performing a small number of tests. In low-load test applications, they ensure accurate and reliable results without compromising compliance with international standards. We would be happy to assist you with your economical testing equipment needs.
